Attorney Robert is realistic, and he understands the real-life implications of legal issues. Because of his diverse background and humble beginnings, he has a genuine interest in meeting and helping people from all walks of life. Robert not only offers candid advise and counsel during his representation, but he also educates our clients and potential clients in several areas of the law. Robert focuses his practice on Criminal Defense, Family Law, Contracts, Immigration, Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Probate (Estates & Trusts), and Insurance Law--including Personal Injury. His prior work experience in a variety of industries including insurance claims enhances his work product. His extensive and diverse experiences ensure that he crafts legal strategies that are not mere abstracts, but real actions with real life consequences.
Robert graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. (honors) in Computer Science, and he is licensed as a practicing attorney with the State Bar of Texas after having received his J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law (formerly Wesleyan Law School).
Robert also is licensed to practice before Federal Court, including the Northern District of Texas and the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court) all over the United States. Robert is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Young Lawyers Association.
During his legal education, Robert competed in several Moot Court (Honors) competitions, and he emerged as a finalist on many occasions. Robert also served as team leader with the Wesleyan Innocence Project, and he excelled in that role mainly because of his demonstrated passion in protecting the rights of the wrongfully accused and convicted. Also because of his extensive background as claims examiner, he was a member of the Dallas Bar Association's Tort & Insurance Practice Section. Robert began his legal education at Thomas Cooley Law School, Michigan, where he was elected Class Representative--an honorable position he successfully held for over a year before transitioning to Texas A&M Law School in Texas.
